Hi y’all— I’m Sophie Carlin, a creative, manager with a deep passion for impactful leadership, authentic storytelling, and always following through. My approach to managing projects is wholistic and intentional, always punctuating sentences with a, “great, and how can we do that better?”.

I come from a creative family where marketing strategy or that day’s production was always dinner table talk. Having foundational knowledge about what it’s like to be a creative in the industry has allowed a level of empathy that I bring to each of my sets and projects.

I have a rich history of steering cross-functional teams through diverse and successful campaigns, and I feel lucky each day I get to do it. If you have a project or idea, I’d love to see how I can help.

I’m currently located in Philadelphia, PA with my pup, Sunday. If I’m not on set, I’m paddle boarding on a new lake or sewing myself another dress.
